Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at support@twitchfinds121@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@twitchfinds.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@twitchfinds.com.
